Ordering

First, log into your account. If you do not have an account, we encourage you to create one.

  1. Find the product you want to purchase
  2. Select the ‘Add to Cart’ button
  3. A pop-up window will show up. Hit ‘Continue Shopping’ if you’d like to add more to your purchase or ‘Proceed to Cart’
  4. In the upper right-hand corner, click ‘My Cart’ when you completed your shopping experience
  5. Enter a discount code if applicable
  6. Select the ‘Apply Discount’ button to continue
  7. Press ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to proceed with your purchase
  8. Enter the address you would like your order shipped to
  9. Select your preferred Shipping Method
  10. Click Next
  11. Verify your Address – pick the suggested or original address
  12. Select your preferred payment method
    1. Credit/Debit Card – Enter your card information. NOTE: If your billing and shipping address are not the same, please uncheck the box and enter your billing information
    2. PayPal Express Checkout – Click the ‘Continue to PayPal’ button at the bottom of the page
  13. You will be emailed a receipt for your purchase shortly and receive a tracking number within 1 to 3 business days

Of course! All credit card payment orders are encrypted with SSL and are 100% secured. We do not keep credit card numbers or names on file.

While ordering over the phone, a customer service representative will process your credit card directly into our secured system. It’s our goal to protect our customers and uphold privacy policy laws.

Coupon codes are only valid for orders placed on our website. Discounts will not be honored if the order is placed over the phone or by fax.

Redeem your coupon by providing a code within the designated box before you check out. We encourage customers to subscribe to our newsletter for current deals and coupon codes.

Since we ship orders within 2 business days, Automated Order Acknowledgements will be emailed accordingly. If you need the invoice after the package has been delivered, please reach us at 440-914-0530 with the order number. An invoice can be emailed to you upon request.
