Kraft Tape – Super Seal is a paper tape that is commonly used for shipping and storage applications in the packaging industry. This water activated tape offers superior strength and powerful adhesion to secure and protect heavy-duty loads.
Kraft tape is made from kraft paper that is reinforced with fiberglass strands and coated on one side with a starch-based adhesive. The tape dispenser brushes the adhesive with a thin layer of water to activate it. This results in a robust adhesion that immediately and easily clings to cardboard and other recycled materials. The tack is so strong that you only need a single strip of tape to successfully secure a package. This tape is great at preventing tampering since it is impossible to remove the tape without damaging the tape and/or the package.
Super Seal Kraft Tape has a stronger hold than standard kraft tape, making it ideal for your heaviest, most demanding shipments. We offer our water activated tape at 70mm and 72mm widths to serve a wide range of applications. Remember that a kraft tape dispenser is required for successful use of this product.
